Dr. Debbi Pedreschi (she/her) is a senior post-doctoral researcher working in the Ecosystems Approach to Fisheries Management Team of the Marine Institute, Ireland. Dr. Pedreschi is also the Chair of the Integrated Ecosystem Assessment Steering Group at the International Council for the Exploration of the Sea (ICES). She works on Integrated Ecosystem Assessment, with a focus on working with stakeholders to build risk assessments and conceptual models to progress ecosystem-based management. Her work focuses on identifying complex problems, and developing applied real-world solutions using multidisciplinary approaches to gain a better understanding of socio-ecological systems. In OceanICU she is co-lead on WP8, where she leads on industrial stakeholder engagement.
