OceanICU Youth Competition webinar 1
- Wednesday 4 November 2026 | 17:30 – 18:30 CET
This one-hour webinar is organised by the OceanICU project in the framework of its Youth Competition. The competition invites young people (age 14-30 years old) to understand the work done by members of the project team and to explain one aspect of the work they have found interesting in a science outreach material. During the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Learn why it is important to get a better understanding of the role of the ocean in the carbon cycle;
- Find out how the OceanICU project contributes to a better understanding of ocean carbon;
- Hear presentations from members of the OceanICU team on the work they have been carrying out;
- Get details on how to participate in the OceanICU Youth Competition;
- Ask questions about research carried out in the project and/or practical details about the Youth Competition.
If you cannot attend this webinar, please note that another similar webinar will be organised on 13 January 2027
